At High Wych Primary School we strive to support all children to enable them to achieve at school. In order to do this many steps are taken to support them through their learning journey. Quality First Teaching is vital; however for some children there are occasions when further support may be needed to help them achieve their targets.

Hertfordshire County Council and the NHS are delighted to share with you the exciting and new Supporting your Neurodivergent Child handbook that has been developed for Hertfordshire parent/carers and professionals.  The Neurodiversity Handbook has useful resources, support and signposting on a whole range of things relating to Neurodiversity. 

The resource is accessible to all regardless of whether the young person has a diagnosis or not, and can be used at any point during a young person’s journey.

Neurodiversity Hub 
We are delighted to let you know about the launch of The Hertfordshire Neurodiversity Support Hub.  The Hub is open Monday - Friday 9am-1pm.
The Hub is staffed by experts by experience, they can answer any questions to do with Neurodiversity, however big or small, or just be a listening ear. Please note, no diagnosis is required to access the support and the helpline is open to parents, carers and professionals.The Hub can be contacted by phone on 01727 833963, with an answerphone facility for out of hours or by email at supporthub@add-vance.org

We use BSquared for assessing some of our children who are working below their year group. We are a Gold partner with Bsquared as we work hard to ensure that all our pupils can experience success and progress on their journey and Bsquared support us to do this.
