Before school

Before school KS1 and 2 children may be dropped off at the front from 8.30. Children will congregate on the bottom playground until 8.40am and then sent round to their classroom.

Parents may park in the Village Car Park as the School Car Park is dedicated only to staff parking and our convenient ‘Drop ’n’ Go’ scheme for parents in the morning.  Please do not pull into the bays in the morning.  Please do not park outside the KS2 playground on the main road or on the yellow zigzag lines. We have a travel plan, encouraging children to walk to school, as parking is limited. Car sharing is also encouraged.  Parents are requested to leave promptly.

The church gate is opened at 8.40am and Reception and Nursery parents may walk their children to the FS gate. All other aged children entering this way should say goodbye to their adults here and walk around to their classrooms by themselves.

End of the day

At the end of the day the back gate will be unlocked at 3.20pm for parents to go and collect their children from their classrooms. Infant children must be collected from their classrooms by an adult. Parents should wait outside the classrooms until the teacher dismisses the children.  Children should be collected promptly at 3.20pm.  If you are going to be late, you should make arrangements for another adult to collect your child. We may ask for confirmation to ensure children are handed over to the correct adult. Children should not be left unsupervised at the end of the day.
